Hi I’m Lisa O’Sullivan.
I’m a Health & Lifestyle Coach and I work with women in high stress careers to help them recover from fatigue, anxiety and weight-related issues. In my personal and coaching business journey, I’ve discovered how profoundly stress impacts the body and how hard it is to make conscious, healthy choices when we’re stressed. I personally took some action steps and changed the way I nourished myself. And, pretty soon I was feeling more energetic, clear and focused and my mid-afternoon slump was gone. I'm passionate about helping my clients do the same!
